Carbon-Ceramic Brake Kits

Big brake kits engineered for your exact car — hollow two-piece calipers, floating discs, stainless lines. Front and rear, 4-pot to 12-pot MonoBlock.

Carbon-ceramic brakes used to be a factory-only tick box. XYZ Racing builds them as a bolt-on big brake kit for almost every car in our range: Hollow calipers with two-piece floating carbon-ceramic rotors from 356mm to 440mm, made to your chassis number and wheels. Pick your make for the kit and per-axle price.

Carbon-ceramic system prices

A complete carbon-ceramic system (calipers and carbon-ceramic rotors) is priced by disc diameter. Per axle, VAT included, for a standard front kit; rear kits with an electronic parking brake and some special fitments cost more. 356mm runs 6-pot calipers, 380–421mm 8-pot, and the 12-pot Monoblock takes a 440mm carbon-ceramic rotor. Rear kits without an electronic parking brake need 380mm or larger.

Disc diameter Complete system, per axle
356mm £4,281
380mm £5,475
400mm £6,676
421mm £8,284
444mm £9,166

Why carbon-ceramic

On a heavy, fast car it is the brakes, not the engine, that set the pace on a long descent. An iron disc soaks up heat, expands, and the pedal goes long just when you want it most. A carbon-ceramic rotor runs happily at temperatures that would be glowing iron, so the bite on the last hairpin is the same as the first.

A 421mm carbon-ceramic rotor is roughly half the weight of the iron equivalent, which takes around 20 kg of spinning, unsprung mass off the car and shows up in turn-in and over broken surfaces. Carbon-ceramic does not rust, barely dusts, and a set will typically see out several sets of pads and outlast iron many times over.

The calipers underneath are XYZ Racing Hollow 8-pots: twin-metal pistons rated to 1000°C that keep heat away from the seals, a stiff bridge, and a floating two-piece rotor on an aluminium bell so the disc can grow with heat without distorting. Front and rear are built together to the chassis number, so the brake balance stays as the manufacturer set it, with more capacity at both ends.

How a carbon-ceramic order runs

  1. Configure the kit on its page, or request a written quote below with your chassis number and wheel size.
  2. Full payment by bank transfer against our invoice.
  3. The XYZ factory draws up a build blueprint for the calipers and rotors to your chassis number and wheels. We send it to you so your installer can check it before anything is manufactured.
  4. Production takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the blueprint, plus around a week in transit to the UK. The kit arrives as a bolt-on assembly for your chosen workshop.

Request a written carbon-ceramic quote

Tell us the car and how you drive it. We confirm fitment from the chassis number and wheel size and reply with a written quotation for the full kit, no phone call needed.
